Regional cuisine with style in a half-timbered setting

The generous breakfast buffet includes fresh regional specialities and home-made delicacies produced in Schnitterhof’s own kitchen. At midday, the various private dining rooms in Hofstuben are ideal for conference groups as well as for an undisturbed luncheon with family, friends or colleagues. For a snack between meals, we recommend our café serving freshly baked cakes and also the Hofstuben veranda in the courtyard. And in the evening, indulge yourself in the mouth-watering cuisine conjured up by our chefs, before concluding the evening in the bar.

For conferences and special occasions including weddings and family celebrations for up to 160 people, our banqueting department will be delighted to help you plan the menu and also organize additional activities, decoration, and of course accommodation and travel.

Fresh and premium products

We’re proud to show our loyalty to the region! For example, all our chefs make sure they mainly use regional products. Diners can look forward to freshly caught fish, game hunted in Arnsberg Forest, meat from water buffalo and Highland cattle grazing on the nearby fen, and Wagyu and Kobe beef farmed by Reinhard Holtmann, a Münsterland cattle breeder. Our ducks and geese are supplied by Schubert’s duck farm in Fröndenberg – the town which is also home to Baumüller’s fish farm, where our fresh smoked trout originates.
